Begin Within Yoga will introduce your employees to the tremendous benefits of yoga at the workplace by providing onsite yoga classes for your company that will benefit both you and your staff. Yoga is a holistic approach to reducing stress and instilling a sense of balance in one's work and personal life. It is a convenient, inexpensive and extremely cost effective way to reduce the negative effects of stress for your employees. The many healing advantages of this program include: increased strength and flexibility, reduced mental and physical tension, improved morale in the workplace, enhanced work performance and increased productivity. It is truly an effective remedy for the modern day business challenges. Yoga will overall create a healthy and focused work force as employees will leave each class feeling restored, mentally alert, refreshed and better equipped to handle the pressures of the workplace.

Yoga balances all the systems in the body by toning the nervous system, releasing anxiety and promoting inner harmony. The relaxing techniques help quiet the body and mind to create a calm environment. Students will learn various breathing techniques to use in daily situations along with yoga postures to relieve back discomfort by strengthening, stretching and relaxing muscles.

Implementation:
Customized classes to meet your specific needs are designed for all levels, beginner to advanced and are offered in 8 or 12 week sessions. Classes can be scheduled before the work day begins, at lunchtime or after work and are typically 60 to 75 minutes in length. A spare conference room or an available open area is required. A minimum requirement of 8 students for a group practice charged at a fee of $10 per class per student. Classes can be company or employee sponsored or co-sponsored.

Diane creates the ambience of a yoga studio by providing, relaxing music, lavender dream pillows, yoga props, meditations and inspirational readings.

Yoga can bring calm into your hectic day. Include an energizing or relaxing yoga session as part of a training or presentation day for staff or visiting clients. Learn simple poses and breathing techniques designed to alleviate workplace tensions and anxiety. Poses can be performed at your desk and are safe exercises that can help to bring more energy into your body.
